This position involves assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and, in their absence, overseeing the activities of all team members. Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store. The Assistant Store Manager assists in implementing strategies to achieve store goals, recruiting and developing team members, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and analyzing financial statements to maximize sales. Additional duties involve marketing within the community, resolving customer complaints, managing schedules, cash, and store audits, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Essential skills include the ability to engage confidently with customers, develop positive relationships, and inspire excellence within a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, a high-energy and collaborative management style, and a professional appearance and demeanor are also required.
