Motor Vehicle Customer Service Representative
As a Motor Vehicle Customer Service Representative at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, committed to delivering superior customer service and educating clients about our diverse products and services.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions. Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution and help maintain a neat and clean store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. You should be comfortable engaging with customers, possess strong verbal communication skills, and have the ability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Honesty and integrity are paramount, and you must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
