The Motor Vehicle Customer Service Representative at PLS serves as the primary point of contact for customers, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service. As a key member of the team, the representative upholds company quality standards and adheres to all established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service to foster repeat business and educating customers on available products and services. The representative ensures all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations, maintains a balanced cash drawer, and accurately processes transactions, including cash handling. Utilizing the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions is essential, as is resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager when necessary. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment is also part of the daily duties.

The ideal candidate possesses previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. They should be comfortable engaging with customers, have strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a professional appearance, and integrity are crucial. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
