The Motor Vehicle Shift Supervisor at PLS is responsible for leading store operations to ensure exceptional customer service, adherence to company policies, and achievement of financial objectives. This role involves supervising team members, managing daily activities, and supporting the Assistant Store Manager in maintaining a productive work environment. PLS, a prominent retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to meet customers' daily needs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store. The Shift Supervisor supports the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals, developing and motivating team members, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties involve performing Customer Service Representative tasks, supervising team activities in the absence of senior management, coaching staff on transaction procedures, reviewing and approving checks within set limits, supporting community marketing efforts, resolving customer complaints, managing schedules and cash audits, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. The role requires strong customer engagement skills, the ability to build positive relationships, a desire to exceed corporate initiatives, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A high-energy, collaborative management style, professional appearance, integrity, and flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are essential. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
