The New Development On-Site Leasing Licensed Administrator at Compass plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our bustling leasing office. Key responsibilities include greeting all visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing inquiries about leasing options and community amenities, and maintaining the leasing office and model apartments in pristine condition. The administrator will also manage appointment scheduling, ensuring that leasing staff are informed of their schedules and any updates. Office management duties encompass answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming emails, and ensuring the front desk area remains organized. Additionally, the role involves assisting with reports, maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospects, and auditing listing platforms to ensure up-to-date information.

Candidates must possess a valid NY Salesperson License and demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, or RealPage is advantageous. The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team-based environment is crucial. Availability to work weekends and the capacity to occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs are also required.

The base pay range for this position is $24 to $26 per hour, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.
