New Development Sales Associate
The New Development Sales Associate at Compass will serve as a key member of the on-site sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. This role focuses on managing the complete lifecycle of residential lot and home sales within Loraloma Private Club & Estates, a premier luxury residential community developed by Areté Collective in the Texas Hill Country. Compass, founded in 2012, is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities include qualifying and converting inbound leads, conducting proactive outreach to CRM prospects, and managing all prospect and buyer activities within the CRM system. The Sales Associate will host guided tours from the Sales Gallery, deliver project presentations, and coordinate contract executions. Additionally, the role involves assisting with escrow process oversight, coordinating buyer financing communications, maintaining accurate records, and preparing weekly traffic and sales reports.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury, new development, master-planned communities, or resort sales. A bachelor's degree is required, along with an active Texas real estate license (Sales Agent or Broker). Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, customer-service-oriented mindset.
Compensation includes a base salary with participation in a team commission pool on closed transactions.
