New Development Sales Manager
The New Development Sales Manager at Compass will lead and manage sales efforts for a new development project in Marin County, California. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing real estate sales strategies to drive performance and ensure excellence in execution. The position requires direct interaction with prospects and buyers to facilitate the sales process.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies and incentive programs to achieve project goals, overseeing the sales team to ensure a seamless and compliant sales process, and managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with lenders to pre-qualify buyers, implement broker outreach plans, and utilize technology platforms to manage leads and contracts accurately.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson License and have a deep understanding of the Marin County market. A minimum of 8-10 years of new construction sales experience, particularly with luxury properties, is required. Strong client management skills, proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites, and a general understanding of CRM and lead generation platforms are essential. The role demands the ability to work long and non-conventional hours to achieve sales goals.
Compass offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, along with sales commissions. Additional compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units.
