Night Customer Service Representative

PLS is seeking a Night Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Norwalk, CA location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during night shifts, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and using our point-of-sale system to process transactions. Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution and help maintain a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. You should be comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
