Night Customer Service Representative
PLS is seeking a dedicated Night Customer Service Representative to join our team at 123 E. Vernon Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90011. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, delivering superior customer service and educating them on our products and services. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer complaints and help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
