Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator at Compass, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the office and upholding Compass's high standards. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting real estate agents and enhancing client experiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the reception area, greeting guests, and overseeing mail distribution. You will facilitate in-office events, maintain office supplies, and address facility issues as they arise. Additionally, you will provide support for Compass's technology platforms, assist with marketing requests, and collaborate with team members to address agent inquiries. Administrative tasks such as preparing for sales meetings, data entry, and office communications will also be part of your daily duties.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous. Proficiency with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. The role requires the ability to work on-site during standard operating hours and the capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
