The Office Coordinator will manage daily operations, oversee food and beverage contracts, and ensure the workplace reflects the company's culture.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations such as maintenance, security, and supplies management. The role involves managing the office budget, expenses, and vendor relationships, implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures, organizing company events and meetings, coordinating with external vendors for catering and equipment needs, ensuring the office is clean and safe, managing relationships with property management, assisting with onboarding processes for new hires, and handling mail and shipping logistics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an office manager, administrator, or similar role, with experience in tech environments being a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail. A strong sense of ownership, optimism, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced environment is also required.
