Cermati is seeking an experienced and proactive Office & Facilities Management Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across our office facilities. This role involves leading a team of 3-4 internal staff and managing various outsourced service providers, including courier services, office security, and cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have strong operational, leadership, and vendor management skills, with a passion for creating a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of all office facilities, monitoring cleanliness, security, and workplace safety across company locations, and maintaining accurate records of facility maintenance schedules and vendor contracts. The role also involves coordinating office repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance with vendors and building management, as well as managing contracts and relationships with outsourced vendors. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies, assist in budgeting and monitoring office-related expenses, and support internal events with logistics and venue readiness.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field, with 4-6 years of experience in office or facilities management, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Familiarity with workplace safety and building maintenance standards, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools is also required, and experience in managing multi-location office operations is a plus.
