Operational Excellence Lead
Formlabs is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to enhance its Global Operations, encompassing Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Workplace. This role involves strategic design, establishing best practices, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.
The Operational Excellence Lead will undertake critical strategic studies, such as assessing supply chain risks and identifying growth blockers. Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple programs with meticulous organization, and identifying opportunities for process streamlining, cost management, and procurement. Additionally, the role involves developing technology roadmaps and evaluating technologies to improve customer outcomes and efficiencies.
Candidates should demonstrate initiative in driving core business outcomes and have a proven history of leadership through influence and collaboration at all organizational levels. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to cope with change, and experience in developing and managing budgets with strong financial and strategic planning skills. Technical aptitude and experience working in technical programs, as well as proficiency in analyzing large data sets, are also essential.
