Operations Generalist, Mission Systems
The Operations Generalist, Mission Systems at Anduril Industries plays a pivotal role within the Mission Systems Division, focusing on developing and deploying advanced sensors and mission-enabling payloads for enhanced battlespace awareness. This position reports directly to the Head of Operations and collaborates closely with Business Line General Managers, Division Operations Leadership, and various corporate teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations such as financial tracking, staffing, facilities management, and process improvements. The role involves overseeing Business Line P&Ls in partnership with FP&A, preparing content for executive reviews, coordinating annual planning cycles, and managing internal and external communications. Additionally, the Operations Generalist leads special projects like acquisition integrations and organizational development initiatives.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a technical engineering role or in consulting, operations, finance, product/program management, or business analysis. Strong communication skills, experience interfacing with leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
