The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and possesses over five years of experience in operations strategy, project management, operations consulting, or process improvement. Experience in project management, including designing, implementing, and managing projects, is essential. A minimum of two years of experience leading a team, preferably an operations strategist team, is required. The candidate should have change management experience, demonstrating the ability to create trust and achieve adoption. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to clearly articulate business issues and recommend solutions.
