Operations Team Opportunities (Warehouse & Delivery)

Nabis is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Operations Team, focusing on warehouse and delivery roles. As a leading licensed cannabis wholesale platform, Nabis supplies over $1 billion worth of products annually to retailers across multiple states. Our Operations Team is essential in ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and reliably, maintaining our commitment to excellence in the cannabis industry.

Team members in these roles are responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, managing inventory, conducting quality checks, loading and unloading shipments, coordinating delivery schedules, and safely transporting products to customers and partner locations. These positions require attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining organized, clean, and safe work environments.

Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic, reliability in fast-paced settings, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Comfort working in warehouse or operations environments, the ability to handle products as required by the role, and, for driver positions, experience operating larger vehicles with a clean driving record are also important. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
