Oracle Integration Cloud Developer
Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to join our Arsenal (Enterprise Systems) team. This role involves managing critical enterprise integrations that connect Oracle Fusion ERP with various upstream and downstream systems, forming the backbone of our business operations across product data, procurement, manufacturing, and financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing, optimizing, and enhancing these integrations to ensure robust and efficient performance.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues within existing Oracle Fusion ERP integrations across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and engineering systems. The developer will design and implement new, scalable enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), translating complex business requirements into resilient and efficient integration flows. Managing the end-to-end integration lifecycle—from design and development through testing and deployment—is essential, along with proactively maintaining integrations to ensure peak performance as data volumes grow.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience developing complex integrations, with deep specialization in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), specifically Oracle Integration 3. Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with various enterprise systems, including PLM, MES, WMS, CRM, and third-party applications, is required. Expertise in OIC 3 components, such as Application and Tech Adapters (REST, SOAP, File, FTP, Oracle SaaS, Database), Connections, Mappings, Lookups, Error Handling, and JavaScript, is essential. Strong command of XSLT, XPath, and complex data mapping for transforming large and nested XML/JSON payloads is also necessary.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 per year, along with highly competitive equity grants. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, life and disability insurance coverage, generous PTO plans with a holiday hiatus in December, and support for family planning and parenting. Employees also have access to free mental health resources, annual reimbursement for professional development, company-funded commuter benefits, and relocation assistance, depending on role eligibility.
Joining Anduril means becoming part of a mission-driven company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Our team is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and problem-solving are highly valued, providing significant growth opportunities within the company.
