PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at 5100 Glen Way Avenue, Cincinnati, OH. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional customer service and educating clients about our offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and using our point-of-sale system to process transactions. Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution and help maintain a neat and clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. You should be comfortable engaging with customers, possess strong verbal communication skills, and have the ability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Honesty and integrity are crucial, and you must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
