PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers during overnight hours. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educate customers on PLS products and services, and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Responsibilities also include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Candidates must be comfortable engaging with customers and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
