PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours. As the face of PLS, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service and educating customers on our financial products and services. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to convenience and transparency in financial services.

Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and using our point-of-sale system to process transactions. Additionally, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution and helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment are essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and the capability to offer products and services based on customer needs are essential. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a professional appearance and demeanor are also required. Candidates must be honest, have integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
