Overnight Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish Preferred
PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kenosha, Wisconsin. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of PLS, delivering superior service and educating customers about our products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and helping to maintain a clean store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. Candidates must be honest, have integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
