PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day needs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager, and helping to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage comfortably with customers, and the capability to offer products and services based on customer needs are essential. Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity are also required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
