Overnight Customer Service Representative

PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at 1152 E. Broadway Rd., Mesa, AZ 85204. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
