PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at 7550 McCart Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76133. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day needs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional service and support.

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and the capacity to offer products and services based on customer needs are essential. Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity are also important. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
