As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 financial service centers across 12 states. Our mission is to offer convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business. Your duties will include educating customers on our products and services, processing transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized store environment and perform other tasks as instructed by management.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers comfortably, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, possess integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
