Overnight Customer Service Representative
PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours. As the face of PLS, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service and educating customers on our products and services. This role is crucial in maintaining company quality standards and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, completing all transactions accurately, and using our point-of-sale system to process transactions. Additionally, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution and helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment are essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. You should be comfortable engaging with customers, possess strong verbal communication skills, and have the ability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a professional appearance and demeanor are also important. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
