Overnight Customer Service Representative

PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at 112 Medford Street, Medford, MA 02155. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day needs. This role is integral to maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service during overnight hours.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business. Key duties include educating customers on our products and services, completing transactions accurately in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. You will also use our point-of-sale system to process transactions, resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager, and help maintain a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, have integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
