Overnight Customer Service Representative
PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Cypress, TX location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business, educating customers on our diverse range of products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager as needed. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage comfortably with customers, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, possess integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
