The Overnight Manager at PLS is responsible for providing on-call support to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) during overnight hours, ensuring that assigned stores deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to store procedures. This role plays a crucial part in meeting operating objectives, sales targets, and financial goals. The Overnight Manager is expected to perform all duties of a CSR and support store management in the overnight operations of the stores.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations, reviewing and enforcing company policies with CSRs, and facilitating communication between store management and CSRs. The Overnight Manager also attends monthly regional meetings, supports a strong customer service culture, assists in resolving customer complaints, approves checks up to specified limits, conducts video camera audits, maintains a clean and organized store environment, prepares reports for store and district managers, and manages multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate should have over six months of PLS check cashing experience, previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, banking, retail, or restaurant, and at least one year of supervisory experience in similar industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
