Overnight Operations Manager

Nabis is seeking an Overnight Operations Manager to oversee the nightly fulfillment operations at their Woodlake, California facility. This role involves leading a team of over 30 employees to ensure efficient and accurate order processing during the overnight shift. The position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical role in maintaining service level agreements and managing emergency disruptions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, tracking daily volumes to maintain SLA compliance, and monitoring team performance. The manager will also oversee adherence to standard operating procedures, forecast staffing needs, and facilitate cross-department communication to support overall operations.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, with a minimum of 2 years managing teams of 30 or more employees. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and business software such as ERP and CRM systems. Applicants must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.
