Paralegal
NinjaTrader Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support its in-house legal team across a diverse and growing FinTech business. This role provides critical support across litigation, regulatory, and corporate matters for a group of affiliated entities, including a software company, a regulated futures commission merchant, and an educational company. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at the intersection of technology, financial services, and regulation.
The Paralegal will assist the legal team in all phases of litigation, including responding to discovery requests through document collection, review, and production. They will support responses to subpoenas and third-party information requests, manage and maintain legal holds and document preservation processes, and assist with contract lifecycle management by organizing, tracking, and maintaining agreements. Additionally, the role involves preparing and filing corporate documents, maintaining corporate records, and docketing legal deadlines and regulatory obligations.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, with at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in financial services or FinTech. Familiarity with litigation processes, discovery, and subpoena response workflows is essential, along with experience in contract management and corporate record keeping. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, are required.
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will receive an annual target bonus of 6%, based on individual and company performance.
