Partnership Campaign Officer
The Partnership Campaign Officer at plays a pivotal role in supporting promotional activities, agent promoter management, and marketing initiatives for the Indodana platform. This position is integral to the company's efforts in enhancing its market presence and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership campaigns.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing promo codes or vouchers as requested by Key Account managers, coordinating with the Marketing Team to develop and upload promotional banners on the Indodana web and app platforms, and ensuring that all promotional materials align with the proposed campaigns. Additionally, the role involves registering new agent promoters, updating merchant information, and handling the removal of agents upon resignation, based on data provided by the Sales Performance Monitoring team. The officer is also tasked with compiling and maintaining records of promotional URLs for various marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and push notifications.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in any field and have 1-3 years of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and a strong capacity for planning and adhering to structured timelines.
