Payment Network Operations Analyst
As a Payment Network Operations Analyst at Marqeta, you will be an integral part of the Announcements, Compliance, and Enhancements (ACE) team, facilitating various aspects of the payments network communication lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, including Network and Bank Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with network regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing communications from card network partners such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express into Jira for review, and flagging impactful announcements to product managers and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage waiver and participation opt-in/out requests, maintain records for Marqeta customers, track waiver expiration dates to ensure timely renewals, and act as the administrator for Payment Network Online Portals. Regular partner reporting and cross-training with PNO BIN and TAM teams are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard products, services, and policies, with 1-3 years of experience in the payment network industry. A demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality results is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency are highly valued. Collaboration with team members in Poland and globally is also a critical component of this position.
The new-hire base salary range for this position is 117,000 to 146,500 PLN annually, with a bonus target of 10% of the base salary, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
