Peloton Expert (Part-Time) - Nashville
As a Peloton Expert, you will serve as a key member of our retail team, acting as the primary point of contact for customers in our Nashville showroom. This role is integral to driving sales and enhancing the customer experience by providing in-depth knowledge of Peloton's products and services. Peloton is a leading fitness technology company dedicated to delivering engaging and effective workout experiences to its members worldwide.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include achieving and surpassing individual sales targets through exceptional customer service and comprehensive product knowledge. You will proactively manage client information using Salesforce, conduct outreach via phone and email to both existing and potential clients, and ensure the showroom maintains high visual and physical standards. Collaborating with fellow sales specialists, you will contribute to a cohesive team environment focused on delivering outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in a customer-focused setting, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to exceed sales goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a personable and energetic demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Apple products, and Salesforce is advantageous.
