Peloton Expert (Part-Time) - Tysons Corner
Peloton is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Peloton Expert to join our retail team in Tysons Corner, Virginia. As a front-line representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences within our showroom. This part-time position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting Peloton's innovative fitness products and services.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include achieving and surpassing individual sales targets through exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge. You will proactively engage with clients, both in-person and through phone and email outreach, to build and maintain lasting relationships. Additionally, you will utilize Salesforce to record client information and preferences, ensuring a personalized and efficient sales process. Maintaining the visual and physical standards of the showroom will also be a key aspect of your day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will possess prior sales experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to exceed sales goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with an energetic and personable demeanor, are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Apple products, and Salesforce is a plus.
Peloton offers a competitive hourly wage of $23.50 for this position.
