As a Peloton Expert, you are the heartbeat of our retail showrooms—engaging, goal-oriented, and deeply passionate about the intersection of fitness and technology. By building authentic, long-lasting relationships, you serve as a brand ambassador who turns curious prospects into dedicated members of the Peloton community.
In this role, you will focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals through high-touch, face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations. You will proactively manage your "book of business" using Salesforce to track lead preferences, follow up on trials, and convert prospects into sales. Additionally, you will execute strategic phone and email outreach to both new leads and existing members to communicate product launches, community events, and post-purchase follow-ups. Maintaining a premium showroom environment that reflects our brand’s fitness-forward aesthetic is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience in a face-to-face retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals. An entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic and polished demeanor, and a genuine passion for health and wellness are essential. Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office is required, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes mandatory weekend hours, nights, and holidays is necessary.
