Peloton Operations Expert
The Peloton Operations Expert is a vital member of the retail showroom and studio team, responsible for ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes operations. This role focuses on managing store logistics, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, visual merchandising, and apparel operations, all contributing to an exceptional in-store experience.
Key responsibilities include leading visual merchandising efforts, overseeing apparel inventory accuracy through regular counts and replenishment, and maintaining display standards. The Operations Expert collaborates with the sales team to ensure the showroom is always customer-ready, implements operational strategies, and provides support on the sales floor as needed. Additionally, they uphold operational compliance and loss prevention standards while keeping back-of-house areas organized and efficient.
Candidates should have prior retail operations or back-of-house experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Excellent communication skills, comfort with technology—including Microsoft applications and inventory management systems—and an appreciation for fitness and a balanced lifestyle are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
