xAI is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join its global People Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering seamless support to employees and stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. You will handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity, focusing on data accuracy and process efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a client-service mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Key responsibilities include generating and managing HR documentation such as offer letters and contracts, overseeing new hire onboarding processes, supporting employee job changes like promotions and salary adjustments, managing the off-boarding process, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will leverage technology to streamline HR processes, serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance the employee experience.

The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least four years of experience in an HR administration, operations, or generalist role, preferably within the technology industry. Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. The candidate should also be capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
