The Performance Advisor role at Compass is integral to enhancing agent conversion performance within the CIH Inventory & Leads Program. This program collaborates with partners like and Rocket Mortgage to provide a diverse lead pipeline, including high-volume web inquiries and pre-qualified buyers. As a Performance Advisor, you will work closely with participating agents and field leadership to optimize lead engagement and conversion strategies.

Key responsibilities include coaching agents to improve performance across the conversion funnel, providing actionable feedback based on performance data, and ensuring adherence to program standards. You will monitor agent performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted plans to address gaps. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of Compass tools and workflows that impact conversion rates and provide market-level insights to inform program evolution.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles, with a deep understanding of residential transaction processes and agent workflows. Proven experience in coaching or managing sales professionals, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential. A high accountability orientation and the ability to influence without authority are also important.

The expected base pay for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000 annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This is a fully in-office role, with opportunities to be based in various locations, including New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
