Additionally, the specialist will conduct data analysis, customer segmentation, and audience targeting optimization, perform routine A/B testing, and monitor data accuracy using tools such as Appsflyer and Firebase.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in performance marketing roles, driving media buying and optimization on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in a quantitative analytical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, is required. Certifications in Google AdWords or Meta advertising are essential. The candidate should be a result-driven and independent thinker with superior numerical skills, excellent data analysis and reporting abilities using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, and experience with marketing advertisement tools such as Appsflyer and Firebase.
