The Plant & Legal Entity Controller (F/M) at Bosch is responsible for overseeing finance and controlling activities for a Swiss manufacturing entity. This role involves supporting monthly controlling activities for the production site, analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, and preparing cost and performance reports for internal stakeholders. Additionally, the position includes supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and assisting in ensuring transparency of production and overhead costs.

Key responsibilities include supporting monthly and annual financial closings in line with group standards, preparing basic management reporting and analysis, ensuring data quality and consistency in financial information, and cooperating with central finance, accounting, and external partners as required. The role also involves working with Microsoft Dynamics AX as the current ERP system, supporting preparation for a future SAP implementation, participating in process improvements and reporting enhancements, and acting as an interface between controlling, accounting, and IT for ERP-related topics.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Accounting or Business Administration and has a minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing company. Initial exposure to plant or cost controlling is advantageous. Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory, with German being an advantage. A good understanding of finance and budgeting practices, accounting and reporting in a production company, and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) are required. Strong MS Excel skills, a structured and analytical working style, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an international virtual team are essential. Occasional travel to Switzerland (1–3 times per year) is expected.
