Platform Product Manager - Enterprise Platform
As the Enterprise Platform Product Manager at Canva, you will lead the development of enterprise platform capabilities that support Canva's enterprise product, ensuring trust and security for large organizations. Collaborating with product managers across the company, you will identify and address enterprise customer challenges, creating a roadmap that enables customers to onboard and scale confidently, knowing their sensitive content and intellectual property are protected. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and refinement of product management practices essential for scaling world-class product and engineering organizations.
Key responsibilities include partnering with product, engineering, and go-to-market leadership to establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Canva's enterprise data management capabilities, particularly within highly regulated industries. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and B2B Product Managers to align enterprise platform capabilities with strategic market opportunities, and with Security, Trust, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Additionally, you will shape platform-level capabilities that unlock key enterprise markets and drive widespread adoption across all product service teams. Regular communication of progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all organizational levels is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a deep understanding of platforms, cloud providers, software development, and current technology trends. A strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects in technical platforms, cloud services, or related areas is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is advantageous. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial, with the ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical teams. The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear outcomes and implications is essential for facilitating key decisions by senior leaders. Bonus experience includes familiarity with B2B enterprise software, building enterprise data management capabilities, and working in highly regulated or government sectors.
