Portfolio Product Manager

The Portfolio Product Manager at Beacon Software will join the Acceleration team, a cross-functional group dedicated to collaborating with portfolio companies to solve challenges, develop playbooks, and build new features and products. Beacon Software is a permanent capital holding company that acquires and grows essential businesses, supported by capital from top-tier investors and founders of leading technology companies.

In this role, the Portfolio Product Manager will oversee product outcomes for 3-4 portfolio companies, leading quarterly planning, roadmap development, prioritization, and sprint execution. Responsibilities include guiding teams in setting product visions, maintaining roadmaps that balance customer needs and business goals, and coordinating feature launches across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.

Candidates should have over 4 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with strong skills in roadmapping, sprint planning, and prioritization frameworks. The role requires excellent customer discovery abilities, strong communication skills to influence founders and executives, and an entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
