This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of AI-driven risk assessment tools that empower small businesses to manage and mitigate risks effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient rating systems and related models using Python and Excel. You will develop risk and simulation models to analyze and steer business decisions, research ways to leverage industry data to enhance current rating systems, and provide guidance to underwriting. Additionally, you will assist various teams with ad hoc analysis, data normalization, and process improvement, while supporting the integration and production of new data sources to maximize business applications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or engineering is required.
