Principal Consultant - AI Governance
As a Principal Consultant in AI Governance at Celonis, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating customers' digital transformation and driving the company's international expansion. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, focusing on placing AI, data, and intelligence at the core of business processes to unlock productivity. You will be part of the Celonis Services team, which emphasizes technical excellence and delivering tangible business value through consulting services, academy programs, and customer support.
In this role, you will identify customers' strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL, creating complex data models to ensure maximum value delivery. You will become an expert in various company processes, including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. Leveraging the latest features of the Celonis software, such as Process Analytics, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), you will design innovative analyses and operational applications to enhance process transparency. Additionally, you will advise C-level stakeholders on AI compliance, collaborate with senior executives to define Responsible AI goals, and lead value workshops to develop business cases and implement process automation technologies.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or a similar field. Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques and proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab are essential. A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining is required, along with excellent analytical skills and a well-organized, quick-learning approach. A Master's degree or PhD in Law, Political Science, or a related field is preferred, and certifications in Privacy (CIPP/E) or AI Governance (e.g., AIGP) are considered a bonus.
