Principal Product Manager - AI Banking Products
As a Principal Product Manager at Interface AI, you will lead the development and enhancement of our AI-driven banking products, including chat, voice, and digital channels. This role is pivotal in driving the company's revenue by ensuring seamless integration and performance across our multi-product AI suite, deployed extensively within financial institutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing product health, prioritizing improvements, and driving enhancements that benefit the entire suite. You will oversee AI-powered digital banking experiences, voice banking capabilities, and conversion workflows, ensuring they work cohesively to deliver exceptional member experiences. Additionally, you will set product direction, mentor peer product managers, and uphold high-quality standards across the product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of product management experience, with at least three years managing multiple products simultaneously. A strong background in shipping AI-powered products where AI is central to the user experience is essential. Excellent UX sensibility, a proven track record in optimizing B2B SaaS products, and comfort in presenting to U.S.-based financial institution executives are also required. Experience leading product lines and mentoring teams through influence is highly valued.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $250,000 to $320,000, complemented by a 10% bonus and stock options.
