Principal Product Manager, Connectivity

As a Principal Product Manager, Connectivity at Axon, you will lead the development and execution of the wireless communications and location strategy across Axon's connected devices portfolio. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate technologies such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS into body-worn, in-vehicle, and other embedded products, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for public safety environments.

Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, prioritizing wireless features, and developing a comprehensive connectivity roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to make informed trade-offs regarding performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability. Additionally, you will engage with external partners to support the wireless platform strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12+ years of product management experience with connected devices or wireless platforms, demonstrating the ability to set cross-portfolio strategies and drive senior cross-functional alignment. Experience with wireless domains such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS is essential. Strong product judgment, communication skills, and a track record of delivering impactful products are also required.
