Principal Product Manager, Finance Platform (Remote)
The Principal Product Manager, Finance Platform at ezCater will lead the development and enhancement of the company's fintech capabilities, including payment processing, invoicing, fraud management, and tax compliance. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning products and processes across product, engineering, finance, and external partners.
Key responsibilities include defining and building product roadmaps to expand fintech capabilities, partnering with finance, engineering, and security teams to develop robust solutions, and working directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners to understand their technology and make recommendations. The role also involves owning the success of the fintech product portfolio by establishing both near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics, as well as managing partner integrations and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of product experience leading product management and development in fintech and/or payments, with proven success in enabling top-tier payment services providers. They should possess over 8 years of experience in the fintech space, including B2C and B2B payment methods and the entire fintech ecosystem. A deep understanding of payment processing flow, tokenizations, refunds, disputes, fraud management, and reconciliations is essential. Experience in designing and implementing tax solutions, a strong grasp of compliance frameworks in the fintech space, and a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field are also required.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $206,000 - $276,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and region, and may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits such as equity, 401K, or medical, dental, or vision insurance.
