This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience, observability, and scalability of Peloton's global SaaS ecosystem, including platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, and Workday, as well as the underlying network infrastructure.
The Principal Architect will lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of high accountability and psychological safety. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in direct people management. A deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles is essential, along with experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Salesforce. Proficiency in networking (SD-WAN, VPNs), identity management (IAM), endpoint management, and tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus is required. The ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders is also crucial.
