Procurement Manager Operations
As a Procurement Manager Operations at AirTrunk's Singapore headquarters, you will report to the Portfolio Category Manager – Operations and collaborate with teams across the Asia Pacific region. Your role is pivotal in shaping procurement strategies to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective facility operations. This position is integral to supporting AirTrunk's rapid growth and commitment to delivering hyperscale data centres sustainably.
Your primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end procurement activities for operational projects, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods and services. You will develop and oversee tender processes, lead contract negotiations and administration, and support the development of category strategies to achieve high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers across APAC, conduct market research to identify cost drivers and opportunities, and ensure all procurement activities comply with local laws and AirTrunk's governance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing procurement strategies, including high-value and complex contract negotiations. A strong background in delivering operational procurement outcomes in mission-critical environments such as data centres, utilities, infrastructure, or facilities management is essential. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at mid to senior levels. Strong prioritization and time management skills, along with a proactive and agile mindset, are also crucial for success in this role.
